HOW TO USE:

1. Shampoo & Conditioner (20 ml)

• Thoroughly wet the hair.

• Apply a small amount of Amika shampoo and gently massage the scalp.

• Rinse thoroughly.

• Follow with Amika conditioner, applying to lengths and ends.

• Leave on for 1–2 minutes, then rinse.

2. Soulfood Mask (250 ml)

• After shampooing, apply a small amount of mask to lengths and ends.

• Distribute evenly with a comb or fingers.

• Leave on for 5–7 minutes for deep hydration.

• Rinse thoroughly.
  👉 Tip: Use 1–2 times per week depending on hair condition.

3. Hair Oil (20 ml)

• Place a few drops of Amika hair oil into the palm of your hand.

• Warm the product between your hands, then apply to lengths and ends, damp or dry.

• Do not rinse.

4. Dry Shampoo (64 ml)

• Shake well before use.

• Spray about 20 cm from the scalp, focusing on the roots.
